Lasham Gliding Society is committed to encouraging women to learn to fly. This event offers an exciting introduction to gliding, including a flight with an instructor and other benefits.

What’s Included?

On the day

  • Introductory training flight
  • Briefing and introduction to ground operations
  • Simulator flight 

Ongoing benefits

  • Two months Lasham membership, during which time you can return and fly at members' rates, from as little as £17 per flight. More information about charges and fees for members. 

  • Discounts on additional flights: £25 off two aerotows or £50 off at least 5 winch launches (during the 2 months free membership period).

  • Optional flight in a high performance glider (subject to availability, additional cost).
